when i try to download any file from any user in dc++ hub i get a message saying 'Could not open the target file: System could not find the path specified'. But, other users are able to download data from my computer... have tried re hashing my files but it hasnt helped...

I think you not have free space on disk where is client have Incoplete files and Filelist ;)
EDIT or not set it ;) or no write privileg.

no brother... hav atleast 18 gb free space on my disk... n i'm gettin the same error msg when i try to download any file from any of the users on the hub list..

check your temp folder location,

The error "System could not find the path specified" sounds like there is a problem with the path itself, either the temp path or the finished download path, also make sure that path is writable for the user running the client. If you are on vista you need to take control over the entire client folder.

I have a problem... when I open DC, it says "Unable to open TCP/TLS port. File transfers will now work correctly until you change settings or turn off any application that might be using the TCP/TLS port".
What does it mean and what is there to do? :?:
